Some systems can't fail. We build those.

Modes

Two ways in.

Every engagement with 308 enters through one of two modes. Pick the one that matches the problem in front of you.

The Loop

One company, running in two directions at once.

308 Continuity does the paid work. Integration, deployment, and managed operations inside defence, health, and critical infrastructure. 308 Research turns what those environments expose into product, on our own money and our own clock. Delivery funds invention. Invention sharpens delivery. Take either away and 308 stops being 308.

Difference

We build it ourselves.

A lot of firms win the work and then hand it to someone else to do. It gets re-badged and passed down a chain of subcontractors until nobody who touched it is really accountable. We don't work like that. We do the build. We stay agnostic about what sits underneath, and our platform partnerships stop at core infrastructure, the cloud providers and a handful of tools we trust. Everything above that we design, integrate and run, and we stay with it until it holds.

Focus

We take the jobs where failure travels.

01Consequence is physicalA fault in the system reaches people, not just dashboards.
02The seam is the weak pointCapability keeps breaking where one system hands over to another.
03It has to run for yearsBuilt once, then operated, patched, and answered for long after go-live.
04A person owns the outcomeSomeone with a name carries the result, and they want it done properly.
